Founded in 2009 by a team with extensive mobile and digital platform experience, we are dedicated to helping our clients develop and grow their business by delivering integrated and cost-effective consultancy services across a range of disciplines.

TIM HARRISON – CO-FOUNDER
Tim mostly works with companies operating in the mobile games, content and applications sector with a specific focus on platform and channel strategies, strategic marketing communications and business development.
Prior to setting up the Mobile Consultancy, he served as European Marketing Director at EA Mobile where he was responsible for the company’s digital, product and marketing activities across the region. Previously he was Head of Games & Applications at Vodafone – where he helped launch the operator’s award-winning live! service – and served as Chief Marketing Officer at OMTP, the mobile operator advisory group.
Widely recognised as one of the mobile content industry’s foremost thought leaders, Tim is a sought-after speaker and moderator. The numerous industry events and conferences he has chaired or addressed include The Mobile Games Forum, Mobile World Congress, E3, Wireless Japan and the Game Developer Conference in both Europe and the US.

JULIA DAVIS – DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER
Julia has worked on numerous new media projects, focusing on cross-channel strategies, channel development and content distribution across digital platforms. Her most recent projects include the project management of a £25 million online health improvement service for the Department of Health and building and managing the delivery of a £60 million business plan for a satellite television and video Internet service for an established Middle East media company.
Before her role at The Mobile Consultancy, for seven years Julia was responsible for business development and third party channel management at BskyB, where she oversaw the launch of more than 200 TV channels and services on to the digital satellite platform.
Prior to Sky, Julia worked as an Associate and Analyst for leading IT and Telecoms M&A specialists Broadview Associates and as Equity Analyst responsible for the German stockmarket at Carnegie International. Educated in Holland, Germany and the UK, Julia holds a BA Hons in European Business Administration as well as a FH Diplom Europaische Betriebswirtschaft , and the News International Henley Certificate in Management.
